Explore community routines, open a plan, and preview the exercises. Sign in using the site navigation, then select Download Program or Download Workout on the routine page. Save the .xlsx file somewhere you can access from your device.
Import a program
- In MacroFactor Workouts, tap the + button.
- Choose New Program, then Import from File.
- Select the downloaded .xlsx program file and confirm the import.
- Choose Save to Library or Activate Program to start using it.
Import a workout
- In MacroFactor Workouts, tap the + button.
- Choose New Workout, then the Import From File option for workouts.
- Select the downloaded .xlsx workout file and confirm the import.
- Choose Save to Library.
Use the program import option for a program and the workout import option for a single workout. These file types are not interchangeable.
4. If your import does not work
- Check the workout or program import option
- A program must be imported through New Program, not New Workout. Check the type shown on the registry routine page and try the matching option.
- Use the original .xlsx file
- MacroFactor requires its spreadsheet format. Changed exercise names, column headers, or formatting can cause an import to fail. Try downloading the original again.
- Check for custom exercises
- MacroFactor warns that imports can fail when the plan includes custom exercises the recipient does not already have.
